Of all the views I could've had

College art time I completely forgot that I hadn't posted this yet

This was my first proper project for college, the theme was simply the name of the town our campus is located in, other than that we got to do whatever we wanted (pretty much) So I went and made a little series of drawings of beautiful places and buildings in the town, and the last picture shows me looking over the view from my apartment window; a construction site Well, that was the view this autumn; now the building is tall enough to block most of my view : P I've seen many other smaller construction sites around too; they seem to be re-making half the town.

Anyway, colored these with Copic markers and plonked them onto a piece of gray cardboard (mostly 'cause that's what I happened to have at hand, and also to emphasize the colors in the pics).Before attaching them to the cardboard I scanned the pics in individually and put them onto a gray background to make it look as similar as the final product looks

The skies look different on each picture 'cause I ran out of my trusty Sky-color marker, and had to improvise a bit

The images are about 10x10cm, and in one go I became the class's miniature drawer/painter Now my teachers are trying to make me either draw everything really big just to get me out of my comfort zone, or to draw even smaller (which I could do, but I would need way better lighting in my studio and a massive magnifying glass). 

But yeah, an example of what I've been doing in uni/college/whatevertheheck for the past bunch o' months. I'll upload more eventually
